Sunday May 10th around 2pm Ordered a Savannah Chop salad with sherry shallot dressing I ate on the patio as it was a nice warm day. Restaurant was crowded with it being Mother's Day. Seemed like I had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes before my food arrived  | 症状: 其他, 腹泻, 胃痛

I ate a southwest salad with a regular grilled chicken filet for dinner. Nothing else all day. It tasted funny but I was hungry. I was up throwing up all night with diarrhea and severe cramping.
