- comments: observed approximately 40 mouse droppings scattered throughout rear prep area (beind floor stand mixer, on stand mixer legs, in corner near cooking equipment/shelving) instructed person in charge to remove, sanitize and inform pest control. Priority oundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.
