Severe Symptoms After Meal - Chick-Fil-A, Dickson City Pennsylvania

Tuesday 5/21/24 12:57pm I ordered grilled 12pc nuggets with spicy siracha sauce packet and a kale crunch salad with a small sunjoy light ice. (I had not eaten anything else that day yet except cranberry juice and my multivitamin for breakfast. Within 3-4hrs I had stomach pain and VIOLENT completely liquid diarrhea, headache. The diarrhea and intense stomach/belly pain nausea continued thru the night. I got no sleep. Then the fever started (102.3°). I tried to keep myself hydrated with a sugar free electrolyte drink. The burping and stomach pain rumbling was like nothing I ever experienced (And I once got sick from a bad oyster!) I was doubled over and dizzy with lower back pain (kidneys?). 5/22 I began with oregano oil capsules since my symptoms were consistent w salmonella poisoning. I tried eating half a piece of sandwich bread which sent me back to less severe diarrhea. The headache dizziness and fever were so severe I could not watch tv or stand. It is now 5am 5/23. Diarrhea seems to have subsided and my fever is down to 100.8°. The belly cramps and headache are still quite intense. I ate with the provided wrapped fork. My hands did not touch my food. The meal itself was very tasty, but I can never eat there again. I would never risk feeling like this even if they offered me free food for life. It makes me gag just thinking of the food. If I don’t feel better by the end of today I’m going to the Dr./ER when my husband comes home bc I don’t think I can drive. I am so angry. What kind of crap are they serving people? I normally have healthy bowels, no medical issues, and am not on any medication. I don’t eat fast food and was happy to see a somewhat healthy option at Chick-fil-A while pressed for time. I often make kale salads at home. I have no known food allergies. And I do not drink milk. I am still so sick.. when will this hell end??? I’m reporting this bc I’m into the third day and still sick.
