This is the second time i have been sick from Chipotle. I didn't realize it was the food that made me so sick until it happened a second time. I always get the same thing from Chipotle: salad with chicken, black beans, hot sauce, cheese, and guac. Ive also figured out it has to be the lettuce that made me sick since my fiance gets a chicken burrito with the only different ingredient being the lettuce. I had my salad for lunch on friday and immediately had an upset stomach and diarrhea. I figured it was just because I have so much hot sauce. But the next day I had trouble concentrating because I felt I had a fever all day. That night I was nauseated but powered through. Sunday morning is when the Gates of Hell opened. I was vomiting, had fever, had diarrhea, and a horrible headache. This lasted all day I couldn't even keep water down. Still not sure how long the stomach pain will last but I will never eat Chipotle salad again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
