I ate a chipotle “salad” with lettuce black beans white rice, fajita veggie mix, steak, mild salsa, corn, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and queso and chips from chipotle last night (7 pm) and 2 hours ago at 3am I was woken up by terrible stomach pains and have been vomiting (from both ends) nonstop. I’m having terrible chills and sweats (fever) I never thought I’d actually get sick from eating chipotle | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Sweating
