Double cheese burger with Hot sauce, jalapeno, green pepper, tomato, onion, lettuce, Had a double cheeseburger with Hot sauce, jalapeno, green pepper, tomato, onion, lettuce on 5/4, at around 4:30 pm. My girlfriend ate a single bacon cheeseburger with mayo, onions, grilled mushrooms and pickles. She doesn’t have any symptoms. My symptoms started at 3 am on 5/5. | Symptoms: Vomiting
