- comments: observed no certified food manager on duty while tcs foods are being prepared,handled and served such as(cooked ground beef,fried chicken,fish,italian beef,etc)must be on site at all times. (priority foundation 7-38-012)(citation issued)

- comments: observed no signed employees health policies. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-010)(citation issued)

- comments: observed hand washing sink not accessible in prep area. Observed 2- large buss pans turned upside down covering the hand sink while tcs foods are being prepared. - comments: must label food storage containers when food is not in original package.

- comments: must eliminate crates used for food storage throughout and provide adequate storage shelves. Must apply a sealant or paint raw wood overhead shelves and brackets in prep area and in toilet room. Must remove rust from walk in cooler shelving units.

- comments: must clean grease and food debris build up fryer cabinets, grill tables, prep tables,cold holding display unit,display shelves,walk in cooler-fan guard covers,pop sleeves,compressor unit and shelving units,mop sink basin. Must defrost all glass chest freezers.

- comments: observed outside garbage dumpster lids missing and pushed down inside of dumpster as well as excessive encrusted grease on exterior lid of outside grease container. Must remove grease and clean lid,repair or replace lids on dumpster to be tight fitting. (priority foundation 7-38-020(b)(citation issued)
