- comments: observed evidence of an infestation of mice droppings appx. 1,000 or more scattered throughout premises such as kitchen-on all prep tables,inside of several ovens,on floor under 2- compartment sink,on shelves at open storage cabinet,under crates of potato,on & on floor behind dish storage shelf,on floor under unused 3- door glass reach in cooler,on ledge behind prep tables,rolling cart shelves. Office area in kitchen-under shelving units and in between clutter in same area. Chemical & food storage area-on shelving units and on floor next to shelves,in corner of tools,cleaning equipment and food storage shelf behind door. Banquet bar area- on floor under sinks and counter top. Cabinet in dining room. Main bar area- on floor under bar & sinks,board games. Basement- entry way door way in basement,all storage rooms-on floor and shelving units,along wall bases behind articles along walls. Liquor storage area-on floor. Observed rodenticide scattered on floor throughout basement area. Must remove droppings,clean and sanitize areas. Must have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 2/17/23. (priority 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
