- comments: handwash sink in toilet room not accessible, blocked with equipment in front and equipment in basin of sink. Citation issued 7-38-030(c) priority foundation. Instd to have accessible at all times

- comments: the following tcs foods at improper cold holding temperatures in prep cooler: bean 60. 1f, rice 58. 0f, steak 54. 0f, chicken 48. 9f, pork 55. 5f. All discarded and denatured. Approx. 50lbs $300 value. Citation issued priority 7-38-005. All cold foods to be at 41f or below at all times.

- comments: tcs refrigerated food in cooler past the use by date: chicken tinga date marked 11/18. The following not date marked in cooler: steak, pork, rice, beans, and salsa. All above discarded and denatured. All tcs refrigerated foods held for more than 24 hours shall be clearly marked to indicate the day or date by which the food shall be consumed on the premises, sold, or discarded when held at a temperature of 5ºc (41ºf) or less for a maximum of seven (7) days. The day of preparation shall be counted as day 1. Citation issued 7-38-005 priority foundation. Approx 50lbs $100 value.
