Additional information: Ate my pizza, unseasoned party wings, and garlic knots from Papa John’s delivery around 4-4:15pm. I had stomach tightness shortly after, that continued until I went to bed. At 2:30am I woke up with extreme abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and watery diarrhea.
