My girlfriend and I stopped in at the Perkins in North Branch about 6:30 PM 3/18/2016. My girlfriend ordered the Topia with garlic and I ordered the Rapping grandma's country omlet. My girlfriend (Rosemary) got her meal and noticed that it was very dry and unseasoned. Rosemary ask to have it taken back and made right, the server complied. When Rosemary got it back you could see that the cook just through some seasoning on it and sent it back. Rosemary then said to return it and make a new one. The server complied again. My order seamed to be ok. I started eating it and found that I could only eat half. Rosemary was eating her meal and I ordered a piece of pie and eat it. It was about 7:30 when we got done. I asked for a to go box for my left overs, I put them in it and we left and returned home.About 9:30 my stomach started to have a faint pain. By 11:30 my stomach was hurting very bad. I went to bed and about 4:30 I was woken up the aching in my gut. It was so bad I was almost in tears. My fever came in the picture and I had dizzy spells, felt like I was going to vomit.
