- comments: 2-101. 11 observed the person in charge without a valid city of chicago food service sanitation manager's certificate. Instructed to meet requirement. Priority foundation 7-38-012.

- comments: 2-101. 11 observed no city of chicago food service sanitation manager on site while time/temperature control for safety foods (chicken, rice) are being prepared handled and served to the public. Instructed to always have a city of chicago food service sanitation manager on site at all times the facility is open and operating. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-012.

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: 6-501. 111 observed evidence of live insect activity. Observed about 10 small flies located on the ceiling in the food prep area. Instructed to clean and sanitize affected areas and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-020(a).

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: 6-501. 12 observed accumulated dirt debris under and around 3 compartment and by the utility sink, also accumulated debris on top of the grease trap. Instructed to clean all.

Extreme food poisoning, ended up having to leave work early and was rushed to emergency room. I threw up and so much diarrhea that i became very dehydrated which put me in so much stomach pain. Quebec-based company, Traiteur La Marguerite located at 6630 Côte Saint Luc Road, Montreal, QC, Canada, has issued a recall for various salad dressings and harira soup due to the undeclared presence of wheat (gluten), eggs, and sulphites. The recall was announced in collaboration with the Ministry of … See More
Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Food Inspection Division of the City of Montreal. As of now, no cases of allergic reactions associated with the consumption of these foods have been reported to MAPAQ.

The affected products are:

- Balsamic Vinaigrette (Sulphites) / 16oz
- Asian Dressing (Wheat and Sulphites) / 16oz
- Cesar Dressing (Eggs and Sulphites) / 16oz
- Harira Soup (Eggs and Wheat) / Unitary

All batches of these products, which do not include mention of the allergens on their labels, are being recalled. The salad dressings were packaged in a glass bottle with a metal cap, while the soup was packaged in a transparent plastic container. The products were sold refrigerated and exclusively at the Traiteur La Marguerite establishment.

People with an allergy to wheat, eggs, or sulphites, or those with celiac disease or other illnesses induced by gluten ingestion are advised not to consume the recalled products. They must return it to the establishment where they bought it.

In case you experience harm from allergens or undeclared ingredients, it is important to report it. It can help to detect & resolve issues and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance. If symptoms persist, seek medical care.

and headache wouldn’t stop all night, I would wake up out of my sleep with a mouthful of vomit so i had get a bag to sleep beside, this all came with severe stomach pain, severe headache, and puking with every breathe i took until eventually all i was puking was stomach acid. Tried to drink water and i puked that right up. I woke up needing to use the bathroom and it’s been complete liquid and it’s a whole day later. I still haven’t ate anything, but I am now able to hold water down.The pain caused my to sleep/lay in bed for over 24hours.
