- comments: we observed evidence of mice droppings(over 50)on the floor and corners behind the bar and butcher's area. Instructed to detail, clean, and sanitize affected areas, eliminate pest activity. Instructed to consult with pest control company and have premises treated. Priority foundation violation #7-38-020(a). Citation issued

- comments: outer opening not protected. Front door with gap of 1/4' to 1/2' between door and bottom of the mentioned doors. Must seal to minimized pest entry. Repair cause
