Yesterday and today Boards head roast beefI am pregnant and ate the board head roast beef on 1/8/24 in the morning and have been vomiting diahhrrea and green stool since, it feels terrible!! Reporting to the board of health this is a serious concern and could kill my baby | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Green Stool
