Thursday evening we stopped and got Taco Bell around 5:30 brought it home . I had a crunch wrap and a soft taco it included ground beef it in . I believe the meat wasn’t cooked . Later Thursday night I couldn’t stop throwing up and had horrible diarrhea. All night i was dizzy and continued to throw up. Friday morning the vomiting continued. Friday evening I went to express care they sent me to the hospital for food poisoning and dehydration . I received 4 bags of fluids and nausea medicine for vomiting . It is now Saturday and I am still dizzy ,the vomiting has stopped but I am really dizzy and weak . This has happened to me and 2 other family member that ate the Taco Bell with me. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Dizziness, Weakness
