“Bumble Bee Sensation Lemon Pepper Tuna. Ate it on my way to work shortly after getting to work started experiencing burning sensation near my stomach. By the time i got home from work started experiencing body aches and fever. Next day felt fine but occasionally experiencing stomach discomfort. Day three... woke up to having diarrhea and stomach discomfort. ”
“Black grapes I ate an handful of grapes, started feeling nausea shortly after consuming, certainly within a couple of hours, if not sooner. I vomited within 3 hours. I ate the grapes again, not knowing it was the grapes that caused the nausea and vomiting. I ate a lunch sized... portion around 1pm. That was all I had for break and lunch. I began feeling nausea within the hour and vomiting occurred the first time at 4:07pm. It continued throughout the entire night. The last vomiting occurred at 1:38am, however, the nausea continued into the wee mornings. I couldn’t hold any fluids down, and I was vomiting continuously. Could not participate in any activity during this time. I experienced dizziness, headaches and lightheadedness. I had no control of the vomiting, I vomited on myself and in my shower when I was trying to rinse off. I tried ginger and lemon tea, that also came up. I am extremely dehydrated and weak and it has been 25 hours since I last had the grapes. ”
“I bought 2 marketplace garden salad bags. I made myself a salad last night and 2 to 3 hours later, the worst stomach pain I've ever had in my life, followed by extreme sweats, vomiting and diarrhea. The pain in my stomach was so bad that I passed out. I've... had to run to the bathroom every 20 to 30 mins all night and this morning I am now having bloody diarrhea. I threw up for the first few hours and now it's just diarrhea. It's been 11 hours since I've eaten it and the pain is still there. It's awful! ”
“Salad mix Woke up sweating with nausea, vomiting an hour after eating ”
“I bought a few slices of ham from there - Sunday Feb 23rd. I made a sandwich later that day. I seldom use Swiss chews and therefore thought the ‘different’ taste was from the cheese. Fast forward to a horrible, urgent cramping and diarrhea. It was so painful. This lasted... for an hour , until I had nothing left in me. I missed the next 2 days of work. I had horrible stomach pain and headaches- due to dehydration. I looked at the date on the ham yesterday and it was the 23rd ‘to sell by’. The ham smells bad. I am furious that I missed work and felt this bad. Shame. Last time I buy ANY food there. ”

“Nausea vomiting diarrhea fever. 5 people. We aren’t sure whether it is bacterial or viral. Five people got sick at different time intervals. Three of us ate hummus/cucumber sandwiches on Friday 2/7. Then, four of us ate sub sandwiches on 2/8.
The first person to show symptoms was Sunday afternoon,... the last person started having symptoms yesterday morning.
Symptoms included violent vomiting and diarrhea, stomach cramping, and fever.
We have a 12 week old baby at home who is breastfed, and she is well so far.
I’m trying to figure out the source because I am worried my baby will get sick. ”

In hospital he get diagnosed with gastric poisoning with bacteria. He was five days in hospital with infusion and antibiotic. We have all medical documentation from doctors that confirms the above.
During our holiday he eat only and only in their restaurants.
“There is some confusion surrounding the current Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak that began in December 2019 and whether you can get it through food. Here is some information:
Feb 26 UPDATE: The Chinese CDC is investigating the possibility that the virus can be spread through fecal matter that could possibly... contaminate food and water. The Chinese CDC has found live viruses in stool samples of COVID-19 patients and can be a partial explanation for the rapid spread of the disease. The agency is recommending strengthening sanitation and hygiene measures.
What is Coronavirus?
Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses found in both animals and humans. Past outbreaks include Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). The current novel(a new strain that has not been previously identified in humans) Coronavirus strain called 2019-nCoV is thought to originate in live food markets in Wuhan, China through animals and human contact.
How is it transmitted?
Coronaviruses strains are usually transmitted through the respiratory system, so it is typically thought of as a low risk of infection from contaminated food. Restaurants can be a site of transmission of coronavirus because of the large numbers of people congregating in close quarters and then coughing/sneezing could spread the disease just like in other places (transportation, schools, etc). But the food itself normally isn’t a likely vehicle.
The current Coronavirus strains 2019-nCoV has been found in stool samples of COVID-19 patients by the Chinese CDC which means that the current outbreak might be transmitted from multiple routes not just through the respiratory system as usual.
Signs of infection?
Common signs of infection include respiratory symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath and breathing difficulties. In more severe cases and those with weakened immune systems, an infection can cause pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, kidney failure, and even death.
World Health Organization (WHO) recommends standard measures to prevent infection spread include regular hand washing, covering mouth+nose when coughing/sneezing, and avoiding close contact with anyone showing symptoms of respiratory illness such as coughing and sneezing. Additional recommendations from the Chinese CDC include strengthening health publicity and education; maintaining environmental health and personal hygiene; drinking boiled water, avoiding raw food consumption, and implementing separate meal systems in epidemic areas; frequently washing hands and disinfecting of surfaces of objects in households, toilets, public places, and transportation vehicles; and disinfecting the excreta and environment of patients in medical facilities to prevent water and food contamination from patients’ stool samples.

“A Daves double burger My grandson left work at 7pm. He was feeling fine all day. I bought him the burger there along with fries and a bottled water. He ate when we got home and around 9pm became nauseous and started throwing up. He could not stop throwing up.... I could not believe how many time he threw up. In the middle of throwing up the diarrhea started. I was going to take him to the hospital but things finally settled down around 4am but he still has diarrhea.
When I called the restaurant to speak with the manager about this a young man came on the phone. I told him what happened and he told me he really wasn't sure what to do and that I could speak with the manager on Monday. He asked my last name and there was a long pause. He came back and said he was trying to get on the computer. Then he said he could give us a coupon. I responded that we would not be eating there again and said thank you and good bye. Their employees are obviously not trained properly. The service is poor, there is never a happy or warm welcome, and most of the employees give you the "They do not want to be there attitude." Wake up. This is a very serious situation that might not have had a good outcome. There should always be someone (an adult) that is trained to properly handle a situation like this. ”
“On 05 feb 2020 at 5 pm my sister had kunefe and since the kunafa was big she asked the remaining to be packed for take away and she brought the same to home. Kids at home ate the kunafa and now all of them are not feeling well including... my sister and they are vomiting. ”
