High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. In small reach in cooler by office, raw ground beef stored over raw pork bacon. Items moved and stored correctly. **Corrected On-Site**

High Priority - Sewage/wastewater backing up through floor drains. Three floor drain in establishment are backed up sewage in kitchen: mop sink floor drain in back of kitchen which could be blocked off, floor drain under ice machine with runoff into the main cook line and front drain near main cook line and drive through area. Manager states they are constantly mopping areas to try to keep floors clean. **Warning**

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking. Cheese, cut lettuce and cut tomatoes on cook line are not time marked. Items placed into service approximately one hour prior.
