I visited this Wendy's location after leaving the grocery store (food 4 less) on Feb 20, 2019 around 11 -11:30 am. My mother and I stopped there to enjoy a nice lunch but what we got was sick! She had the $5 dollar deal (bacon cheeseburger, nuggets, small fry and a drink) and I had a cheeseburger deluxe. After consuming this sandwich I experienced some discomfort a few hours later. I tried to treat my discomfort by drinking a ginger ale thought it might settle my stomach but it didn't help. While driving I felt quit nauseated and full of gas. I then started belching which resulted in vomiting while driving in the middle of traffic and all over myself. I then managed to pulled over out of the traffic and raise the window down because I could not get the door open fast enough and continued to vomit profusely. I then composed myself and attempted to make it home to get myself and my car cleaned up. Once I got home and peeled out of those soiled clothes I couldn't do anything but lay down. I had developed a fever by then and then diarrhea followed right behind. I could not sleep all night due to the constant urge to run to the bathroom to release myself. The next day I call my mother to check on her and to let her know what happened to me and she too was experiencing diarrhea as a result of eating this food. I have been experiencing the symptoms of diarrhea for 2 days now going on the 3. I have purchased over the counter medicine to help calm down the symptoms and I am working through it. This Wendy's was the only thing that I had to eat that day and as a result of this bad experience I not only will not be visiting this location again but if I should have a taste for a burger again Wendy's WILL NOT be a choice of mine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Burping
