I ordered a frozen mocha cappuccino and had a donut at about 1pm on my way out of town. What a horrible drive!! Within an hour I was vomiting and had diarrhea, and severe nausea. It is now 7pm, and still nauseous with stomach cramps.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Ordered chicken quesadillas with american and cheddar cheese 8pm. They put salsa inside by mistake so I only ate 1/3 of it. Had chills by 10:00pm through whole night. Woke in morning with severe cramps and headache. Severe diarrhea throughout day as well as cramping.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache, Chills

Got a box of white castle hamburgers in a frozen box. Went home and ate 3 of them at 7:38 p.m. Woke up at 3:30 a.m. with constant diarrhea and vomiting starting at 6:45 a.m. followed by extreme stomach cramps.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
