Ordered tacos at the stripes in plain view Texas saw the lady grab raw bacon and not change gloves and proceeded to make my tacos I’m no expert but that’s cross contamination and should be addressed  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache

Me and my aunt got an orange creamiscle slushy from the QT in west des moines and about an hour later we had awful stomach cramps, diarrhea, nausea, just feeling horrible over all. The symptoms lasted about 2 hours  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Ate a spicy chicken sandwich around 4 or 4:30 PM.. Was the only thing I ate since early morning. About 4 hours later...it hit. Lasted until 2:30 AM.
