My boss and i went to valero on 281&marahal and bought 4 tacos 2 saisage &egg for him and a bean&cheese and a carne gasada for me. Around 10:45am wed. April 5th. Then went to the next job only about 10 min. Away. Very soon after cold swets diarrea, stomic cramps. Vomiting accrued.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating

Ate a turkey hoagie late Saturday night and fell ill within a couple hours of eating. Was sick for 2 days. Threw up like 8 times, worst headache of my life, worst indigestion feeling of my life, worst diarrhea of my life.
