around 8am I got hungry so I got a glazed doughnut and baked strawberry banana juice and shortly after started getting pain in stomach and middle of chest and couldn’t breathe. Went home at 1pm and just started vomiting and watery diarrhea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
