Had chicken salad with sweet onion dressing. At 2pm. My children had different meals and I had the same evening meal as my husband who is fine. Midday the next day sudden nausea started followed by sickness and diarrhoea up till now and continues to at 10pm.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Had lil cheeseburger abd cajun fries on Thursday 3rd. Stomach started hurting later that night. Fever, chilks and nausea started about 6am. Have had diarrhea with sharp abdominal pain, fever, nausea, body aches, headache, chills for 36 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain, Body Ache

Thursday May 3, 2018. 2 Beefy 5 Layer Burritos with added rice, 2 Nachos, Diet Pepsi. Ate half of the order for lunch and the other half a few hours later. Within an hour of eating, stomach cramps and nausea and vomiting began. Horrible diarrhea started shortly… See more
