Ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and breadsticks. Woke up in the middle of night with terrible stomach cramps that turned into explosive watery diarrhea every 10 minutes. I got a chicken quesarito and nacho grande around 7 pm. I ate it when i got home and felt slight discomfort after. I woke up around 2 am with severe stomach pains and vomiting until around 5 am.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
