I was the only person who ate lettuce with my meal & now I can’t go to the bathroom without diarrhea &/or vomiting. Ate around 5-6pm on 5/14, started getting sick around 9pm that night. Have felt awful ever since.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever

I had two chicken tacos at the Earl Campbell taco truck at the Austin International Airport and I have had watery diarrhea and nausea vomiting for a day and a half. That’s the only food I ate.
