Ate the pulled pork, cole slaw and sweet potato fries from R&R at Vivint at the Jazz game ~ 7:30 p.m. Suffered from vomiting and diarrhea all night

Delivered a pizza that still had RAW DOUGH. Called the store to let them know it was raw and I wanted a cooked pizza, the person on the phone said “at least you got your pizza right?” Like it was a joke. Will never eat big daddy’s pizza ever again.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

At the #8club and hubby had #13 Italian sub both on the rosemary bread. Order it in 3-1-19 around 1030 am. It was the only thing we had eaten that day. We advised the location and they said they would report it to the manager.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

This last Spring my family and I were coming back from a trip to Zion Canyon. On the way home my kids got Nachos. A couple hours after we got home they were both vomiting it was awful!
