We believe it was an item from this restaurant My spouse and I picked up coffees through the drive thru and ended up with sharp abdominal pain (cramps) and aggressive diarrhea within 12 hours.. this also happened the last three times we visited this store. This last Wednesday  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Cramps

I ate popcorn. I had the flavours ketchup & cheddar dill pickle. Not long after, maybe 15-20 mins or so I had a fever & couldn’t stop throwing up. I went to emergency where they diagnosed me. They found I had gotten H.plylori bacteria in the gut.… See more

Ordered a chicken Shawarma Plate at around 4:30-5pm on Nov 17. That was all ate that afternoon/evening. I woke up the following morning at around 2am with intense Nausea, Diarrhea and Vomiting until about 7am.
I'm certain it was it because that is what I was throwing up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
