I at the Cajun chicken salad. I ate at 18:30. My symptoms started around 23:00. I had a higher temperature, then a horrible stomach ache, cramping and discomfort, and ended up spending the night in the bathroom sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain

arctic cod with fries. on July 12 2018 - Just my Grandson. started feeling sick within the hour. Felt naucious and had diareah for the night and next day. I ate a mcdouble and an Oreo mcflurry. Felt sick right away and within a few hours I was vomiting and feeling nauseous, and had diarrhea. Had to have been food poisoning because I have a very healthy diet and rarely get sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
