Ordered noodlebox at 6:30pm (spicy peanut and crispy chicken with two spring rolls)
Noticed the kitchen was very busy with alot of cross contamination going on example, the cook farthest on the back coubtless times was touching his forehead, his apron and clothes, thrn reaching into noodle… See more

Ate a kids nugget meal and fries with a sprite (I had ordered a coke) abit after eating I had to pull over while driving and started projectile puking. All. Over. My. Car. Haven't stopped dry heaving since I got home.
Chicken nuggets and fries are dead to me. Never again.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had meatballs and gravy my 6 year old son had macaroni. We are at about 5:00. By 7 he was puking his guts out till about 2:00 am. I started to feel sick at about 12:00 am and puked for several hours as well.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a mcdouble and an Oreo mcflurry. Felt sick right away and within a few hours I was vomiting and feeling nauseous, and had diarrhea. Had to have been food poisoning because I have a very healthy diet and rarely get sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
