Tried chicken tacos for the first time (with salsa, sour cream and lettuce) in the evening. Woke up with itchy red rash all over my face and stomachache. I didn't eat or do anything unusual that day, so I assumed it was tacos. I'm not allergic to anything either.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Skin Rash, Stomach Pain

Had subway after work just herb amd garlic 6" with cheese, lettuce, tomato, olives, pickle, mayo whent to bed woke up 4hrs latter woke up with headahce and some nausea had some water tryed to sleep felt ill, 12hrs later extrem nausea and whenever i burp taste… See more

Ordered the honey garlic chicken boneless bites. Started feeling nautious about 2 hours later, went to the hospital because I was puking a red bile that's when the doctor alerted me I had norovirus.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Bile

Had fries and gravy 15 to 20 min later the pain in my stomach was so intense ,I had to quickly find a bathroom. Second time I've experienced this with Costco food court, won't be eating there again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
