Purchased 2 veggie and 1 meat pizza (bacon and pineapple). Those of us that ate only veggie did not have symptoms but the two that ate the meat had severe vomiting and diarrhea that night and following day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
