Ordered a mozza burger and onion rings at 9:15pm Saturday February 9th. 4 hours later my I was violently throwing up and shitting. Lasted for 6 horrible hours. Haven’t eaten since....2 days later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate there on Dec 29. Had a 6 peice chicken meal with macaroni and a biscuit. About a day later, I had severe diarrhea and vomiting. It has subsided with gravol and immodium  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had the Kentucky flatbread fill up box. I gave my child the pope in chicken and I had the flatbread wrap and fries. I started to feel nauseous within one hour. Ate chicken Sat eveni g the 14 of april around 730 pm .Was not sick at tall earlier. Woke up ard between 4 or 5 am bext moring .stomach issues 2and 1half day didnt go to doctors seems nuch bettee lots of drinking watee called help line. I had 6 McNuggets, a junior chicken and a McDouble. Symptoms started shortly after, bad gas, bloating, nausea, diarrhea. Woke up in the middle of the night and stomach was super distended and in lots of pain. Some relief from Tylenol and gravol.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Bloating, Stomach Pain
