Ordered a chicken Shawarma Plate at around 4:30-5pm on Nov 17. That was all ate that afternoon/evening. I woke up the following morning at around 2am with intense Nausea, Diarrhea and Vomiting until about 7am.
I'm certain it was it because that is what I was throwing up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My husband and I had a grande caramel macchiato on Thursday 14th at 5:30pm. At 7pm we started to feel bad, we did not eat anything and it got worse. All night with cramps, stomach pain, being bloated and with nausea. Mcdoubles, I had it just before 630 tonight. Went through the drive through. Had to wait in the lot for the food. Waited over 15 minutes for the food. Ate it. And now three hours later I cant get off the toilet, and I'm throwing up  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
