I had a chicken burger and chocolate milkshake 10 minutes later I suddenly had a severe fever severe pain in lower stomach struggling to breath and throw up everything I will never go to McDonalds again.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Myself, my sister, and her brother-in-law all ate #49 with chicken, Aug 18 2018, at approximately 20:30. The meal was delicious, but the next next all three of us experienced diarrhea, nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

We ate today at Dennys restaurant downtown and immediatly got sick. I vomited and had diarreah. So did my partner. We have been doing to this location for years and this is the first time we get sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
