June 22, 2018. Ordered the Shepard's Pie and ate most of it. Once at home we fed the leftover portion to the dog. I started feeling nausea and abdominal pain a few hours later and then vomited heavily. A couple of hours after the dog vomited all of the food up as well,  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
