4 out of the 7 girls that went to Excellence El Carmen became very ill 24 hours after coming home (fever, headache, diarrhea, vomiting, stomach pains, cramps) We are on day 4 and it still has not passed. We came with a group of 21 of us. 10 of us have came down with body aches constant vomiting and diarrhea for 24 hrs. Leaving us sick and weak for another 2 days.
