I got food poisoning my 2nd day and had to be transported to the local hospital where I received antibiotics. I was told by 2 doctors I had food poisoning and a high level of bacteria in my body  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Punta Cana 7/18/22, diarrhea real bad I'm not sure if the chips caused me to get sick, or steak from their main restaurant. But I didn't drink the water. I'm home in the states and have had diarrhea since the 7/19 to present. It's somewhat subsiding nevertheless still have it  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Our family stayed at this place 7/4-7/11 and upon returning home my 6 year old daughter tested positive for Salmonella and is currently hospitalized with high fevers and needed a blood transfusion as she is high risk with no spleen. I had diarrhea and stomach cramps for a few days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps
