I went in for a quick meal and when I got home I fell asleep, and I woke up in the middle of the night with severe stomach pain and I was shivering really badly it was the worst feeling ever, never going to McDonald’s ever again after that!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain

Got a breakfast sub yesterday morning and it was heated incorrectly. Usually they heat the sausage and Bacon separately. And then heat with cheese on the sub in the oven. The people serving seemed to be new from they're actions. I've been really sick since about five this morning until now at 7pm  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate a cheeseburger and about 2-3 hours later I was throwing up what looked like raw mince meat. Haven't ate meat since. I was in the middle of exams so sat the next day with a bucket to stop and vomit during exam when I needed to.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
