campus. We were informed by other staff that both vacationers and staff had contracted the illness. After being instructed to isolate for 24 further hours, we decided to leave and requested a refund. Clear safety hazard. I suspect possible Norovirus but not confirmed to my knowledge. missed the reception a few hours later I had the exact same symptoms. The only meal that we share the same during our vacation was the candlelight dinner on Monday, July 5 and he became ill on Wednesday, July 7. We remained ill the remainder of our trip leaving Montego Bay on Saturday July 10….Upon return to the states we immediately put it in the emergency room because we were fused care in Jamaica not wanting to visit their hospitals once home we were treated for dehydration my husband is in kidney failure now hopefully that is reversible due to his severe dehydration he also was diagnosed with pancreatitis through this experience… Lab results showed bacteria what is the source of our illness due to food poisoning. We ate at the Italian Resturant there around 6:30 pm. We all (4 people) woke up in the middle of the night with stomach pains, diarrhea and vomiting. We went to the nurses station and made reports. We were suppose to hear back from the manager and never did.
