I ate raw seafood. Ordered through Grab from Rivervale mall. Down with explosive watery diarrhoea last night and this morning. Some more I wanted to treat myself right and ordered extra kaisen this time end up f*k myself hahaha.

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
Suspected source: their pen cai
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
Additional information: My whole family ate their pen cai and all got food poisoning. Vomiting and diarrhea nonstop.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
