I ordered mango pancakes and milk custard on Thursday evening. Later that night I had severe diarrhea, nausea, fever, cramps and headache. It has lasted for 5 days now. Only other food I ate that day was prepared at home by me and was fresh  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Headache

I got food poisoning on the 10th of August. Because of this, I missed my flight, I had to sleep in the airport hospital. I have never been this ill in my entire life. It didn't help that I was alone in Singapore, 12000 kilometres from home.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

After lunch with my wife today 28 August 2019 at 1pm , both of us get stomach upset, then followed by diarrhoea. Nausea
We ate, chirashi, sashimi and a bowl of salad with hot tea.
The food hygiene here is getting worst!
Hope NEA do more checks on restaurants serve raw food such as sashimi  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
