Became very ill one day after flying, started with feeling very tired, then diarrhea, followed by weakness, headache, intense chills, fever and severe abdominal pain. Ate at mozambik on new years eve, with my huxband and a friend along with our 2 kids. We all gut a tummy bug except for our youngest child who didnt want to eat anything. Absolutely ruined the rest of our holiday having to stay at home due to gastro.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Gas
