Mc chicken sandwich from there on 19th Nov 2020 I had a mcchicjen sandwich approx 2pm on 19th Nov 2020. They had issues that day with serving beef products so could only sell chicken. I started diarrhoea 24 hrs later with a high temp of 39.5 and muscle  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Other
