I had the turkey and cheese breakfast sandwich, and nothing else different that day. By the end of the day I had constant diarrhea. Apparently this sandwich is regularly featured as a culprit on this website.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

My father and his two friends got food from there. All three got sick (nausea, vomiting, cramps, diahrrea about an hour after eating. The friends got better after a few days, but dad got worse.

I got it after soccer practice 3:15pm. Regular pastrami sub mikes way everything on it. Ate the whole thing. Went to work and had stomach cramps. Went bed at 9pm drinking so much water I was so thirsty. This morning I pooped my bed and ran to the bathroom and haven’t stopped wet diarrhea since.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
