Two of us got Italian sandwiches: rosemary bread, cheese, oil, lettuce, herbs, and jalapeños; white, no cheese, oil, herbs, jalapeños, pickles. had horrible stomach and intestinal cramps within 40 minutes, severe nausea, and some vomiting. Ordered a hot Pistachio Latte w/ Almond milk at lunch time. 9 hours later I got a stomachache and really bad diarrhea that messed up my GI for 10 days. This also happened a couple of times last year and the year before. Goodbye Starbucks.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

When I got off from work at 3:30p.m on 2/2/24 I hadn’t ate anything all day except for Chipotle. Since eating the bowl that I got I’ve been having discomfort sharp stomach pains, nausea and I have had diarrhea 6 times today.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Drank a 32oz Angel food smoothie at around 10:30am, and by 2pm I became dizzy and nauseated and threw up repeatedly. (I consumed nothing else between, and when I threw up it was the only thing in my system)  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
