I ate here on Saturday evening between 5pmand 7pm. I am meticulous about hand washing and have not had a stomach bug or food borne illness for nearly a decade. However, I was directed to your website for further assistance. While I understand that unfortunate incidents can occur, I am disappointed by the lack of immediate action or assistance provided at the branch. The severity of the situation, resulting in multiple family members falling ill, has prompted me to reach out formally.
