Had a chicken teriyaki on flatbread. Within 4-6 hours I had about 6 rounds of diarrhea, and 4 rounds of extreme vomiting. My friend ate a Tuna flatbread the day before me at the same place, and had the same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Got a Starbucks strawberry frappe with whipped cream and drank it all. About an hour and a half later, stomach started hurting. Went to the bathroom and had diarrhea. An hour after that, went to sleep for 2 hours and then woke back up and vomited.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
