Got beef with broccoli at around noon. At 1, severe nausea kicked in. Feel like vomiting and having diarrhea. Both occurred, have been in the bathroom since. Can’t even function at work because of how bad the nausea is.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered a #1 chicken sandwich and med fries with a water. I was feeling fine prior to eating the chick fil a food. But once I ate within 5 to 10 minutes I had a horrible stomach ache, sweating and Diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
