I ordered two double cheeseburgers and when I opened them they were greasy and grimy. Unfortunately I was so hungry I ate one and it was rancid. I’ve been throwing up and have had an upset stomach with a sour and rancid taste in my mouth.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Had a chicken bowl with brown rice, veggies, med salsa, corn and cheese. My fiancé had a chicken quesadilla. We both had headaches then the chills and then vomiting. Also had diarrhea through out the night. I normally get steak but this time I was wanting chicken.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
