Bought the burrito on Wednesday December 14th ate half and put the rest in the refrigerator. I ate the rest the next night. 5 hours after eating I had severe nausea diarrhea and vomiting. Had to go to the emergency room the next morning to get anti nausea medicine. Still recovering three days later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate there Sat. 12/16/17. 3 of us got food there but only one had steak burrito with red hot sauce. Steak was pink. Violent and unrelenting vomiting and diarrhea from 3am till present.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I got sick about 30 minutes after eating chipotle. I had an entire side of guacamole and chips and a little bit of my carnitas bowl. I threw it all up for about an hour and I can't even stand the thought of the guacamole now. I think it had definitely gone sour.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Mcdonalds on 51st ave and the i10 on wednesday dec 6th at noon. I ate a mcdouble and large fries with a large unsweet ice tea. vomiting acured at 6pm the same day and around 12am. Watery stool continues curently on the saturday after and weakness. missed work for two days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness
